If you're using the Baking Steel Original (which is 14" wide), we recommend sticking with our 14" Cherry Peel. Using this larger 16" peel with a smaller steel can lead to a mismatch: your dough may stretch beyond the baking surface, leaving the crust hanging over the edge of your steel — not ideal.
